All i had to do was call the helpline as i left everything at home in my rush to get Humphrey who had pneumonia back to the ER vet clinic as fast as I could.

Annie took my call calmly and took me step by step so i could get my policy number and call it back to the ER. It didn’t help that i drove to and back in a snowstorm so it was a pleasant surprise to get everything done so smoothly and effortlessly.
