The service was seamless
The service was seamless! I just uploaded my vet bills right through the cell phone sent them the pictures and the money was put into my bank account shortly there after about 2 weeks

No one told me I couldn't lower my deductible down the road
No one who was on the call with me at when deciding the policy at Trupanion told me that I cannot lower my deductible down the road and I'm thinking that zero-low deductible policy would've been what I needed to get for my cat. Now I have a policy stuck for life that I cannot touch and I'm not happy with.

More than 30 days to get the reimbursement is ridiculous. I think it’s time to improve the claiming process.
