Surprisingly Excellent
I have a 10 year old chihuahua that has a heart murmur and collapsed trachea issues. She's on three different medications, so I accumulate invoices. I submitted ten invoices to Trupanion on Dec 18, they were all approved and processed by Dec 20, and the funds were deposited by Dec 21! That's truly stellar service to me!
