Trupanion gave prompt attention to approval of diagnostic treatment for our dog (Hugo) at a stressful time for us. I spoke to representatives several times. They gave clear information, and were so helpful. The claims were paid exactly as I’d expected. There were no surprise costs that were not covered. The veterinary specialty hospital was delighted to except Trupanion payments directly. They said Trupanion was the only pet insurance that they recommend to patients. I’ve already been sharing recommendations for Trupanion with everyone I know! I am thoroughly pleased with the coverage, the communication, and the swift attention. We feel lucky to have Trupanion to cover the bulk of the costs that Hugo will have throughout his life for this condition. Phew! Thank you!

This was my first claim. My 21/2 yr old Schnauzer started vomiting and having diarrhea excessively 12/24/20 brought to vet Extensive tests done to R/O pancreatitis A disease not uncommon to schnauzers that can be fatal. expensive tests etc called trupanion the agent was wonderful made my Christmas brighter called my. Vet started a claim handled everything so put my mind at ease so I could concentrate on my dog Lenny It was also nice to have so much support with the Bill. Thank you and thanks to your agent.
