I never received any literature or a card or anyting to guide me through what I needed to do with my veterinarian.. I don't know trupanion did not work with me and I do not know if I will continue has no one took the time to help me with anyting. All I know is that my vet told me that it was a good insurance. I paid a high price for a whole year without no direction I don't think this is right for me no one took the time and I take my cat's life seriously it's like my baby.

I have had Trupanion for my dachshund for 3 years now.

I have had Trupanion for my dachshund for 3 years now. Every interaction I have with anyone working at Trupanion is always friendly and they really care. Issue big or small they are just a phone call away 24/7 and you speak to an ACTUAL PERSON. which for me is a HUGE DEAL. being an ER Veterinary Nurse I always recommend Trupanion to clients. The ease of filing a claim compared to other companies and being an ER Nurse. I have seen first hand that Trupanion covers more than ANY other pet insurance. -Haylee
