Processing the claim took longer than I would have liked but Trupanion covered a portion of my expenses which I appreciated! They sent me emails telling me that they were working on my case and this made me feel very reassured! I have three cats and one of them can fall ill very easily (as he has asthma and loves yarn), and although his asthma claims aren't covered, Trupanion has relieved my worries regarding my veterinarian expenses whenever my cat eats anything weird.

My 3 year old Great Dane Oakley was in perfect health until having an encounter with a porcupine in early November 2020, that event sent his GI system into a downward spiral which has us rushing him to the ER vet. I was overwhelmed by the seriousness of what was happening to my dog, my vet was able to deal with Trupanion directly so I could focus on my dog. Thank you for taking that burden off me. I have referred Trupanion to friends!
