Healthy Paws is the BEST!!
Healthy Paws is the BEST!!. My pup has had several health issues and surgeries in her 6 years, and Healthy Paws has been there to get us through it. I honestly couldn't have done it without them. The claim process is so easy, you can snap a pic of the invoice and supporting docs, or you can scan and email. My claims are usually processed within a couple days. Any time I've had to call, I got through to someone right away and never had to wait on hold. The whole process is so fast and simple. They are overall AMAZING!! I will never have another pet without Healthy Paws insurance. Worth every penny!! It's nice not to have to pick and choose what testing can be done due to cost. When my pup was rushed to the emergency hospital, it gave me peace of mind to know I had Healthy Paws during a difficult situation, so we were able to figure out what was wrong.

Trupanion has been amazing since Rhino our standard poodle was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and had to have X-rays ultrasound consultation with a cardiologist bloodworkmany vet appointments plus expansive prescriped heart medicine .
Trupanion has been amazing since Rhino , our standard poodle was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and had to have X-rays , ultrasound ,consultation with a cardiologist, bloodwork,many vet appointments plus expansive prescriped heart medicine . Trupanion has been there for us all the way !! They truly help when it’s needed and covered a large portion of all the bills, I would highly recommend them to family and friends ,or anybody,who is thinking about bringing a pet into their home . It really helps that they are there ,when we go through terrible unknown times , with our sick puppy or kitten,not knowing if we are going to loose them to some horrible illness. Thank you so much for all the support during these tough month ! and I am happy to say ,that with the medication Rhino is again enjoying life one paw at a time????

Escalating fees
The claims experience has been great with fast response and reimbursement. There should be a cap on how much rates can be raised every year. Initial rate was $50/month and if I had known 13 years later the cost would be $167/month I would not have signed up. Trapped with an older pet so you can't change providers.
