There When You Need Them Most
Always quick turnaround on my claims. And, when I've had the opportunity to talk with someone at Trupanion, they were cordial, easy to understand and the experience was overall very pleasant. My dog has some specific health issues which began at age 5. She is 11 now and Trupanion still supports us with her care.

Really impressed with the ease that Trupanion covered my pet’s vet bill. I didn’t have to do a thing my vet submitted the claim on site and within 20 minutes I had a text saying it was covered from Trupanion. So far so good!

Forever Grateful to Trupanion
My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes, then shortly after that we had a BIG scare when he was also diagnosed with pancreatitis and went into diabetic ketoacidosis. Trupanion covered the majority of his six-day stay in a critical care unit, for which I will always be grateful. No one thinks a crisis of this magnitude will happen to them, but unfortunately it hits some of us, and when it does, it hits HARD. I am so thankful to have a Trupanion policy. Their responses were quick, and staff was kind and patient when I was crying so hard I could barely speak clearly enough to say what we needed help with. If I could, I would give them 100 stars.
