I am totally confused about what you consider acceptable for reimbursement.
I am totally confused about what you consider acceptable for reimbursement. Yes my dog had an ear infection when I bought her in February. I did not have pet insurance as I was just taking her to the vet to get checked out. They discovered the ear issue. I then submitted a claim because she had developed a blister on her toe at the boarding kennel. I had already had an appointment with my vet to get her rabies shot so I did not take her in for a few days. You denied my claim because you say that her ear issues goes with the blister as an allergy. I do not understand this . It is not the money but the idea that you disagree with the ears and foot issue. I am just sad that I pay my premium and got denied when I see no correlation between the two issues.
