I just wish there was a way to get the reciepts connected with the claim form easily in one step on line instead of filling it out, printing and then scanning and then emailing to Trupanion.

Fast and thorough
When I filed the claim, I was notified that it would be processed by a date three weeks in the future. In fact, it was processed within a week. The friend who recommended Pets Best to me had told me that they processed claims promptly, but this was still a pleasant surprise.
