I just had a fabulous on line chat with a representative She was very knowledgable and explained things very clearly.
I just had a fabulous on line chat with a representative She was very knowledgable and explained things very clearly. As well, the claims are usually processed very fast. I just wish there was a way to get the reciepts connected with the claim form easily in one step on line instead of filling it out, printing and then scanning and then emailing to Trupanion.
