Beware of Price Increase & Coverage Decrease
The first year of coverage is okay. However, expect them to decrease coverage at renewal while they also increase the monthly premium. You can never increase coverage. They don't tell you this clearly when signing up. I would steer clear of these guys. Check out AKC. They have much better coverage their pre-existing exclusion is only for 365 days. After that those conditions are covered. You can switch to them and then drop Fetch,

A comfort in challenging times
This has been a year filled with challenging vet visits for us. We have found the process of filing claims to be extremely easy, with a rapid response rate and no complications. The online chat feature has meant we have been easily and quickly able to have any question answered. We are thankful for Trupanion!

Insurance claim
This insurance company was very easy to deal with. The APP is user friendly. Easy submission for pre-approval and submitting the claim was just as easy. The turn around time from claim to payment was impressive.
Don't bother
Don't bother, you end up with increase monthly payment every year until it's as much as your car payment and when you need to get something done after a few years, there's always a fine print in their policy that will make them not pay it. It's such a scam. Save your money and don't bother dealing with those thieves.

I am absolutely done with this endless incompetence. This keeps happening, over and over, and I am sick of chasing you to fix a problem that should have been handled correctly the first time, MANY, MANY YEARS AGO. Your so-called “support” is a nightmare—delays, excuses, and complete ineptitude at every turn. Fix the damn problem already! I will continue to make my situation known to others, showing just how inept you all are. Customers deserve solutions, not endless frustration. Enough is enough. Your repeated failures are unacceptable, and your negligence speaks volumes. This is beyond infuriating. Mic. Drop.
