When I realized I didn’t receive anything about this claim and called Trupanion, the rep advised me I needed To provide a better receipt for this claim before it expires on March 12. The rep did a great job handling this issue, but a call would not have a necessary if Trupanion had been more diligent in advising me more/better information was needed.
