Trupanion has been fantastic thus far. Claims have been adjudicated fairly, and processed extremely quickly. Probably be the best part is having direct billing to the veterinary clinic. I have spoken to Trupanion agents on a couple occasions for questions etc. They have been super friendly and generally go over and above.
