Our experience with Trupanion over the years has been very satisfying. We have found their staff to be professional and very pleasant to deal with. All claims have been resolved in a timely manner, and questions have been answered quickly too. We would recommend Trupanion to others, and have done so in the past.

Really great to deal with and fast
Really great to deal with and fast. The only thing I’m not happy with is that the monthly fees keep going up every year.. started at 50$ a month now at over 100$!!! I know of other pet insurance companies that do not change their monthly fees and wish that Trupanion would not change as well as it’s getting a bit ridiculous!
