The woman on the phone was just great. I chose that number for her. But I've not used Trupanion insurance Service for my pet so I can't rate you on any other interaction I have had. But yes the woman on the phone was very nice and knew how to help me.

Faith’s allergy medication
Picked up medication for my dog ?? and Trupanion paid 90% and I paid my 10%. Every time I use my Trupanion coverage I feel so lucky I have this insurance because they are just great!!! This was the best decision I ever made to have the reassurance of pet insurance and I would highly recommend Trupanion to anyone because they are fantastic!!!
