Lani answered the phone immediately, she was very pleasant and was able to answer my questions adequately. I have to say that Trupanion Insurance has been very helpful with our claim for Lulu and Suzie (our two female Shih Tzus). The only thing that I didn’t know was that the hospitalization was not covered. Otherwise, the payment allowed is paid very promptly to the Alta Vista Anima Hospital.
