I STRONGLY recommend Embrace Pet Insurance for ANYONE that has a fur baby! The monthly cost of the insurance is minimal compared to the thought of not having insurance in the event of an emergency! Our policy is PRICELESS! Thank you so much, Embrace...we don't know where we would be without you!!!!

I was told that the for was not received but the invoice was both were sent in same email, I resent to Rosa with a note asking for conformation of receipt of 2nd email..no response 3 hours later..BTY I replied immediately to her email after we spoke.

I had embrace for a couple of years and then finally had my first claim. It took weeks to hear back and finally when I did they need more information even though I completed all the required forms. They wanted my pets full medical history. Wouldn’t that make more sense to require that in the beginning and just have it on file. Then I had to contact my vet and try to get the history and try to get them to fax it over, in a timely manner. One that was done it took another week for the claim to be paid. It was inefficient and slow.

We have had a wonderful experience with Pet Embrace. They have always been very responsive when we have questions. Submitting a claim is very easy and they have a quick turn around. We have been very pleased with them.

Pancho Villa, a male Pomeranian mix, has been my canine companion since he was 3 months old. NOt looking forward to any unforeseen vet bills, I opted to invest in insurance for him. When he was six, the day before we were to move from California to Washington state, Pancho was diagnosed with Cushing's disease. When we got settled in our new home, we found a vet and explained Pancho's fragile condition. He was put on a regimen of expensive pharmaceuticals, and constant monitoring and testing. Embrace Pet Insuranace came through like champions. They have been picking up the tab on Pancho's medications and pay 90% of his doctor bills. They get me a check less than ten days after I send them a receipt, without question or complaint. I dare say, either I would be financially strapped or Pancho would not have lived to his present age if Embrace had not come through for us. From my view, Embrace Pet Insurance is a life saver.

Friendly and easy process. No need to even call most of the time but when I do there have always been a friendly and understanding voice on the other end. I think its vitally important that pet owners have some form of insurance because medical for pets are very expensive and unexpected. Trupanion has always came though for both my dog and cat. Knowing that this company will assist me in the financial portion of my pets' medical care makes the process far less stressful so I can focus on the healing and caring of them. I've used OTHER pet insurance carriers and 9 times out of 10 end up arguing about my claim. Usually via some form of loophole or small print that they used to turn down the claim. Having a sick pet is stressful enough, no one needs to argue with a insurance adjuster about their claim or wondering each time if they will approval or reject. I have recommended you guys to friends and strangers, via social media and casual conversations to other pet parents. Thank you for being the pet insurance company that actually insures.

When I spoke to Karly on Friday January 12 2018 I was very upset. Most of my claims have been ineligible due to pre-existing conditions. This is going as far back as 2010 when I first purchased the policy. The few that were approved usually covered up to the deductible amount I needed to meet. Thus no payments to me. This has put much doubt in your company. When the $3,000 of claims that were incurred on January 6, 2018 weren't received as the previous claims from months back, I didn't believe they weren't sent from The Oradell Animal Hospital as the others as upset and furious as I was with Karly, she was able to put me at ease and once again feel confident my concerns and claims would be address. Karly even called me back informing me she'll personally contacted Oradell and requested the missing claims. She then followed up with a EMail stating she did and received the missing claims. She also assured me she would take care of the process until completion. In my experience with your customer service representatives. Karly is by far the best and most experience in solving issues and concerns.
