Absolutely incredible as always! so quick and efficient. You never want to see anything happen to your pet, but when the unfortunate event happens, I know we are in great hands with Trupanion. Very quick response and turn around times and a savior for what they covered for us. Would highly recommend!

You have been attentive and pleasant to deal with but the only time I've needed you in the past 3 years I could not get help because of the $500 deductible.
You have been attentive and pleasant to deal with but the only time I've needed you in the past 3 years, I could not get help because of the $500 deductible. So now that my cat is near death, I'm just not willing to spend another $500 without help from you when she is going to die anyway. Sounds cruel, but I gotta eat. I've paid you over $3000 in the past 3 years and been unable to get anything back because of the deductible.
