Customer service is top notched! This is the second time I¡¦ve used Trupanion to help me with my dog¡¦s illness and the promptness in paying and getting back to me via email, text is quick!! In times of emergency knowing you have Trupanion in your corner to provide what could be life saving procedures for your pet is reassuring that I¡¦m able to provide financially when it comes to my dog¡¦s life.
