When our 5-year old Golden Retriever…
When our 5-year old Golden Retriever was diagnosed with lymphoma, we were devastated. Having Fetch insurance has allowed us to pursue the best treatment options for our boy! Filing a claim is so simple and we have approvals / deposits in our bank account typically within 48-72 hours. We feel so fortunate to have the support of a great pet insurance plan behind us, opening up treatment options many families have to pass on due to financial burden. The good news is our pup is in remission and continuing to receive excellent treatment thanks to Fetch insurance!

Great Pet Insurance
We’ve been really pleased with our coverage from Figo. We had one instance where we had to appeal a denial of coverage. After getting the requested documentation from our vet for Figo, they paid the claim. The process has been really easy so far. I’ve recommended them to several friends with pets.

I decided to insure my French bulldog…
I decided to insure my French bulldog puppy through fetch. It was on a whim as a friend posted that she had insurance for her dog and that everyone should have pet insurance especially for puppies. We started insurance, and we were so lucky. Within the first two months he began showing signs of airway issues. Fetch has been amazing and has saved us so much money already. You just never know when you will need insurance, and fetch has been an amazing company to work with.

Really terrible when my dog got sick
Really terrible when my dog got sick. Wouldn’t pay us for our missed vacation as outlined in the policy because we put down, so he technically wasn’t sick when we were supposed to travel. Thought that was really gross. Our other dog has a chronic illness and every year we get a major increase in fees. Honestly not worth it just save your own money. In response to their half hearted reply. I haven already called and messaged you guys 20 times and you were insensitive and condescending.

Excellent customer service
I have had Fetch pet insurance for almost 4 years. My Golden retriever has severe allergies and Fetch has helped me with the costly medications to keep my pet from chewing and licking herself raw. They handle all my claims in a timely manner and give excellent customer service when I need them. I highly recommend this pet plan company.

Company has gone downhill
I’ve been with Fetch -Petplan for over a decade but for some reason just recently they changed the way they handle claims. My dog has been very sick and I’ve had to take her to the vet a couple times a week. Fetch has a convoluted way of handling claims. One of my claims was broken down into 5 separate claims and when I did the math to see how much I should be reimbursed it was way off from what I was actually paid. I spoke to a supervisor and they also noticed mistakes so they sent it back to claims. I had to wait 4 weeks for it to be reimbursed and it still seems wrong. I called customer support and they also said it’s not clearly explained how they came up with a random number to reimburse me so she downloaded documentation on her end and emailed it to me. Now I have to download and print out all of the documentation that is not listed in my account online and try to figure out how much I should be reimbursed. It’s been a total nightmare and not what I really wanted to have been dealing with while caring for a sick elderly dog in the middle of a pandemic.
