Love the ease and speed of claims
Trupanion always replies to the invoices submitted from a visit to the vet nearly instantly to acknowledge receipt. It usually isnât more than a day or two later I hear what the result is as far as how much is covered. I appreciate how quickly they handle any submissions.

Generally things go as expected.
Generally things go as expected. In the past, I had an experience in which I was the middle person between the vet and the company (claims department) which was difficult. I think if something needs clarification then you should go directly to the vet. Ignoring the above, most of your client associates are great. My most recent experience with Kayla was exemplary.
