I have always got the best service possible from Pets Best, not only on the economic part but also on the human one, they are a group of people that not only care about the administrative issues (which are very important), but they also put their heart and passion to the transaction. I am very pleased and have already recommended coupe of friends (an even got a gift card for that!).

What a breeze!
As with previous claims, the filing and payment process is just great. The claim forms are simple to fill out. Submission of invoice copies with the claim form is clear, the steps are easy to follow. Email notifications of the process as it goes through each stage are helpful. If a question arises, customer service reps are skilled at giving a complete, understandable answer in a very reasonable amount of time.

WARNING Do not use this insurance it is a scam! They will drag you through the mud for months and their customer service reps will soften you up by assuring your claim is being handled, it won’t be handled and won’t be covered! What an awful experience, go with Figo or Embrace instead.
