So happy I have this pet insurance
I purchased pet insurance for our 3 dogs when we adopted a full size rescue greyhound as I was sure she would break a leg because she loved to run. Fortunately, we have not needed the coverage for the greyhound but we have used it for our other two babies. have had a great experience with the service. Each time we submit a claim, we receive an immediate reply and the claim is processed within 3 days. The plan we chose was a higher reimbursement at 90% and well worth it. I always share this information with my friends that have pets as I am highly satisfied with the service at Healthy Paws.

Peace of mind
We've had pet insurance through healthy paws for about a year and a half now. Unfortunately our dane has had quite a few eye issues (scrolled cartilage, cherry eye, entropion, and several ulcers), requiring 3 different surgeries. Each time, the claims process was super quick and easy and Healthy Paws approved the claim in a timely manner. They give us peace of mind that we can do what's in Lola's best interest without having to worry about the cost. Definitely recommend!

As I mentioned, Embrace does respond and provide lengthy explanations on their coverages and policies. I had to appeal and ruling and was offered the opportunity to provide documentation in support. The interchanges were professional and complete. I have not been afforded all overages I sought but understand, once explained referring the policy, the whys (and why nots). It is an insurance company but seems to handle customer service better than others in this market. I also had a reimbursement request. - of a technical nature (I have two policies with them). After some discussion they came to a solution that is mutually beneficial. This is they way business should work. Find win/wins and implement them. Thank you

Took over 3 and a half weeks to get…
Took over 3 and a half weeks to get reimbursed. When I signed up I was told 5-7 days and now that I have it they tell you claims take longer. They front a lie to get you to sign up then just think it’s acceptable to say oh our processing times are longer thinking that because they say that and say thank you for understanding that it’s acceptable but it’s not acceptable. They will also not cover claims for testing when your dog is sick of it can also be uses as a routine test. My girl needed her leptospirosis values checked because she was having nose bleeds and they refused to cover it because that’s also a routine test even though in this situation it was by a specialist to determine if that was causing her issues. DONT GET PETSBEST

Scam insurance
My claim for a veterinarian visit of nearly $900 had every line of invoice denied. First they denied for a reason thinking the procedure was for something else. When I notified them this was wrong, they denied again saying it was a pre-existing condition, although the dog had never been diagnosed or treated for the condition.
