Trupanion is a great company
Trupanion is a great company. It's nice to get feedback as soon as I submit a claim and then also when they have reimbursed. So happy that I can make decisions about my Pet's medical care knowing that Trupanion will be there to help with the cost. I have nothing but good things to say about this company

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! They do not cover examination fees even though this will always happen in order to diagnose and treat a pet. Had to jump through many hoops to get vet bill covered and even then it was never covered! They proceeded to increase my monthly payments because they claimed my dog was entered as a mix breed rather than a full. Waste of money and time! Do not use!!

Saint’s Experience
We have a Shar Pei and they are prone to eye problems along with a few other ailments. Healthy Paws has been great with with coverage for our boy. He just recently had eye surgery and knowing we have Healthy Paws Insurance made us feel better. We knew his surgery was going to be covered and they always follow up to check on how your pet is doing. That’s outstanding customer service to my family. Keep up the great work!!

Trupanion Pet Insurance
Trupanion has been wonderful peace of mind knowing i will have financial assistance/means available in the event something unforeseen happens to one of my beloved pets. Policies are affordable and monthly costs are adjustable to suit any budget. I choose how much I'm willing to pay out of pocket in the event I ever have to make a claim, which determines my monthly cost. I'm satisfied.
