Quick, easy claim process!
Got the puppy preventive add-on for our 8 week old. It's already paid for itself for the next few months between vaccines, microchipping, and flea/heartworm meds! Claim was super easy, approved instantly and money deposited within the next day or so. Also had to file an accident claim for our puppy swallowing a hair bow. That process was easy as well. It is currently still in review but I'm confident that they'll have it sorted out.

Trupanion is THE BEST!…
My experience with Trupanion has been wonderful. Because of this company, my precious little Pomeranian's life was extended almost five years. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for pet insurance.

Now that they have changed from Pet…
Now that they have changed from Pet Plan it is so bad, and the website doesn't work for you to track what they get and what they pay. For one dog alone they raised my one dog $1,700.00 US dollars. I pay over $4,000.00 before they even start paying for one pet alone. I have been with them for years as Pet Plan, but now I regret staying with them. I just wrote all the details in a letter to the BBB. It entailed how I have been told different things by different employees and at the end of the day, it benefits their pocketbooks. I have submitted claims and they said they got them then they say they didn't, and you have no way to check when they do not show or give you access to all the documents on their end. It's bad very unethical behavior. You can also lookup how to file a complaint against an insurance company. They have government agencies that govern even Pet Insurance Companies They need transparency and accountability. Everyone notice the reply below. For the record I have reached out and nothing happened so now I will be changing my review to one star, not two. Update: I have done what they posted below. Here is today's correspondence: Hi Colleen, I am so sorry about the late response! I do see that you spoke to Dan yesterday, but if there is anything you need, please let us know. We would be happy to help. I hope you have a wonderful week! Best, Kaitlyn Dear Kaitlyn, I spoke with Dan yesterday 02/08/22, and we agreed to have a phone call today 02/09/22 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm California time. I raced home making sure at 1 pm that I was in front of my computer, and had paperwork in front of me with no distractions. It is now 2:40 pm California time on 02/09/22, and Dan has not called. Situations like today prove my point on the competency level of the service you offer. I would like a note put in Dan’s personal file on this issue. Easy application and good coverage for the price
I joined Manypets without first reading the declarations page. After reading, I realized I’ve been paying way too much to another top-rated pet insurance company. I do not like joining things like this online due to my poor understanding of technology. So I called the company and they took my information over the phone. The assistant that I talked with was very nice, spoke perfect English, and answered my questions, and I had a few—another reason to do the application telephonically instead of internet. She told me within a few minutes my paperwork would arrive via email, and it did. I read through the documents and I am pleased with the coverage, at least as well as I could understand it, and it was fairly easy to understand, in most cases.

My claim was approved instantly
My dog got sick and was throwing up and not being wrong for days. I had to get c rays done and put him on meds. Lemonade took care of the claim right away and I had money in my account within the 24 hours.

Andrea was awesome! Very professional. I was hesitant about signing up for insurance because of my income but she helped me figure out which plan works for my budget. I'm new to this kind of thing but pleased so far with feeling reassured about my dogs future health, especially if facing any serious health issues. Thanks Andrea! :D
