Healthy Paws really came through for us.
Our 3.5 year old dog needed an emergency root canal and, it turned out once the dentist go started, other dental work. It was very expensive, and after consulting our policy to see if we were covered, decided we thought we were. Submitting claims with Healthy Paw is ridiculously easy, and I'm very happy to say that they stood by their word and policy and came through for us big time. It's a huge relief to know this company is there for us.

Care about my George just like me!
Great company that cares about my furry friend George. Developed Stomatitis and was caught early but my fantastic vet in Cavan. Found out that I could give estimate to Trupanion to see if they would cover my claim as I was suddenly faced with surgery on my new kitten. Thank goodness I decided to get insurance as he cost us alot to begin with from the breeder. They were very helpful and fast on my claim and will be receiving some of the large amount of money I had to pay. Thank you Trupanion! I will continue be their client fir as long as I have a pet.

Best pet insurance on the market
My dog got injured from an accident and had to go through surgery. We've had previous experience using Healthy Paws when my dog was young and I knew we are well covered. So my focus was all on sending my dog to the vet and taking care of him afterwards. Without any surprises, Healthy Paws processed the claims so fast (literally in a couple days). I can't say enough good words for the best pet insurance from Healthy Paws.

Love this pet insurance! Such a good decision.
First of all, so glad I decided to get pet insurance. It earned its worth within 2 months when our puppy, Pretzel, got unexplainably very ill. The price is very reasonable (so much less than I expected!). The customer service is phenomenal— they are fast, super friendly, and easy to communicate with. The app makes it insanely easy to make a claim & is user friendly. The only things I don’t love are: having to record videos of yourself explaining what happened (personal opinion; I just don’t like it) and not having better rates for multiple pets. Overall, I am glad I went with Lemonade & am thoroughly pleased with them thus far.

Don't do it!
Was told that they were unable to read a claim. I had the vet provide another copy; a week later I received another email saying there was another problem. I called and after being on hold for about 20 minutes I got through to someone and they told me the claim would be processed. A month and a week later and nothing has happened. Do not get pet insurance through them, this has been a tremendous waste of time. I have cancelled my policy and they couldn't care less. **Updated** I have no issue with info needing to be clear, but I do have an issue with extensive miscommunication among employees regarding the same claim and the amount of time it takes to process a claim. By the way please do better . . . my dog's name is DIEZEL . . . per my last comment, you couldn't care less.
