Love Trupanion
I love Trupanion and how easy it is. I am now a consultant working with animal hospitals, but started my career as a Technician and then Practice Manager. I have always worked with and recommended Trupanion for pet owners because of the coverage, the convenience with direct payment, and the deductible per problem… I know some people are thrown by that but I love it. The majority of my time at the vet outside of wellness is bringing my pets in for chronic illness, so I appreciate that aspect. I signed up my pup Ruby when she was just 10 weeks old and it’s been so great from the start. Now, as a 2.5 year old, she has allergies and the insurance coverage has been a lifesaver. With chronic issues, it’s great to have consistent coverage. It also makes saying yes to all treatment so easy and I love being able to give my girl the best care.

Wait Time
I’m glad I have pet insurance but the wait time in between submitting a claim and hearing back about how much I will get back is way too long. My last claim that I submitted took over a month.

It's only been a week or teo with FIGO…
It's only been a week or teo with FIGO an the claims process has been cake! I love al the features it has, and the email address feature is great! So much more convenient than scanning, uploading, etc. I have a different carrier for my other pets (it was/is an empaloyer plan), and I have had so much trouble! With my new girl, I decided to try FIGO... Best decision this far. I'll keep you posted :)

Trustworthy company
In have had PetPlan/Fetch for several years now and I recommend it to people often. The app is very easy to use, the terms and conditions are straight forward, and I really like that they had an online chat feature on their website. I hope they continue to offer reimbursement towards dentals since it's not common in other companies to do so. They do take a long time to process claims compared to other companies, but they are upfront about the timelines you should expect so this should not be a surprise.

I'm so glad that I choose fetch…
I'm so glad that I choose fetch petplan. It save my pet and me as well. Jan21 my cat lost her balance suddenly and no eat no drink. I brought her to hospital, it cost more than 1200. and doctor suggest to get MRI it cost 3800. I feel frustrate, and I claimed, it only takes less than five days I received 80% of the cost from fetch. I'm appreciated. I fully recommend all friends to choose fetch petplan.

Timely payments with no fuss. I do wish it were a little easier to talk to a real person on the rare occasions I’ve needed to. But overall, very happy with the service.

First Timer - pet insurance and first claim
I have had many dogs in the past, no insurance, and have incurred large expenses over the years. With my new addition, i decided that doggie health insurance would be a good idea. I hope to never use the accident and illness portion but as ever pet owner knows, things do happen. I did add wellness to my policy and was able to recently use it - the process was simple, quick and easy. As of today, i certainly would recommend, first pet insurance and second, Lemonade.
