Insurance with Compassion
I've had Healthy Paws for over 10 years and they've always been great to work with. Recently, however, my 1 dog has had to undergo a lot of extensive and expensive treatments. I can't say enough about how wonderful they've been. I've had my reimbursement in my account the next day [of submittig the claim] and they've sent me persoal emails checking in on Zoey to see how she's doing. Those personal touches of compassion really sets them apart. I've referred 2 people to them and they themselves are happy as well.

Excellent Pet Insurance

I have the wellness benefit, but they won’t cover wellness!!
My dog’s annual exam was not covered for some reason. I haven’t heard back from customer service, and I will likely switch my pet to another company instead of renewing with Pet’s Best.

I don't remember how I came across Healthy Paws pet insurance...it was years ago. But I'm glad it did. My dog Tillie has had chronic health issues and Healthy Paws has always paid promptly. She recently had gall bladder surgery and the bill was almost $10,000. Healthy Paws paid 80% of this within a week. Pet insurance isn't cheap and the premiums go up as they age. But with Tillie, the cost has balanced out in our favor and we don't have to put a monetary value on our pet's well-being. Having pet insurance for out two "babies" has been well worth the peace of mind.

I haven’t dealt with Trupanion directly…
I haven’t dealt with Trupanion directly yet my dog has his first vet appointment today so we will see how all that goes back the registration and the price I was very happy with my dogs vet appointment around after I deal with to Panya I will make another review

We purchased Trupanion when Dakota was just a puppy. 12+ years of Dakota's life so far, Trupanion has been with us all the way. Never thinking anything will happen to her, we went ahead with her policy. As time went by accidents happened, medication required and ongoing conditions continue. Trupanion is the only Insurance Company that doesn't have fine print, you know exactly what is covered. They receive the claim from our Vet, notify us that they received it and let you know when it's complete. Usually within a day. Right away, they deposit the funds.
