I have now had to call Customer Service 3 times each time got another team member.
I have now had to call Customer Service 3 times, each time got another team member. I spoke with Camille, Tammy and today Sarah and each Representative was extremely helpful. They also each showed genuine concern for my Hanna's well being. I have had the insurance for 5 years and this is my first experience using it. Camille was nice enough to send me several documents as I was unable to sign onto my account. She also forwarded my issue to IT to have it resolved and sent me a follow up email. So far my experience has been wonderful.

I couldn't believe how easy the process was and how quickly you paid my claim. I'm so glad I have the insurance and didn't have to jump through any hoops to get my claim paid. Would highly recommend this insurance!
