Really great coverage
Really great coverage, it has been life savings whenever my dog has needed coverage. The claim process is really simple. I would only add as feedback to improve the lapses for reviewing claims, but this is by far the best pet insurance in the market!

I did not give a 5 star because it is still unclear to me why the first series of lime vaccine was reimbursed but the 2nd series was not. when I spoke to a rep she said I had not reached my quota. But now, I just receiaved a check for my pets medication. Why was the first shot paid for but not the second?
