Trupanion is everything that you could want in a pet insurer and more.
My 8-year-old German Shorthair Pointer rescue had a total hip replacement. Hip Replacement is a big deal. I procrastinated and did not submit my claim until one week after the procedure. I was exhausted and I just was not ready to deal with 'an insurance company'. Trupanion was AMAZING. It was easy to submit the claim online. I also talk with a representative from the company. The whole thing took less than five minutes and could not have been easier. I paid my initial vet fees upfront. Trupanion mailed me checks in less than a week of submitting my claim. I will forever sing their praises. On a scale of 1 to 10 - Trupanion was a 100!!!

Best Decision I ever made
My dog tore his hind ACL twice in the last 5 years, and on both times Healthy Paws have provided impeccable customer service and claims processing. I would have never been able to afford the surgeries if not for my excellent coverage. Can't recommend them enough!

My pup tore his cruciate ligament and had to have surgery and rehab. Healthy Paws has been very responsive and quick with all the claims that I have submitted. They covered exactly what was stated in the policy. I have had no issues with the many claims that I submitted from this incident. I have been very pleased with their response and coverage.
