Customer Service - Kelly
I dealt with Kelly who assisted me when I accidentally over paid my bill and needed to reverse the payment. At first she started it couldn't be done and if have to wait for a type of refund. A little while after that, she called me back to let me know she had talked to IT and was able to actually void it that payment. She went above and beyond and was absolutely amazing. Made my day 100%. Thank you Kelly. I hope you get to see this.
