After bringing my dog to the vet and obtaining necessary medications, the veterinary office contacted Trupanion while I was there and was able to have my amount due reduced considerably. It was surprisingly quick and very much appreciated.

My contact with the ASPCA health, though by the internet, was quite easy and worry free. The only Slight problem I have is that I haven't received any proof that my cats are insured. This, I hope will be sent to me soon.

It’s okay....
The insurance has a deductible that I feel like I have a hard time meeting and I chose the lower deductible to begin with. Also, with covid it took MONTHS to get a claim processed. Pretty frustrating and they’re still that way. I just submitted a claim and it took them a month to get paid out for the claim.
