Best insurance ever
I am so thankful for HealthyPaws Insurance. My poor Moose has been plagued with health problems in a very short period of time. Diabetes, cataracts, an enlarged heart. Every claim submission has been reviewed and addressed same date. Check arrives for reimbursement usually within a couple of days. I have not had anything denied or questioned. In a time when we have been stressed about our poor dogs health, HealthyPaws has been a bright spot. If you own a pet you MUST get HealthyPaws.

Our 11 yr old German Shepherd/cross gives 5 stars.
Our 11 yr old German Shepherd/cross has been insured with Trupanion since he was a puppy. Unfortunately over the years he has had numerous problems. As a young dog he was injured with a stick penetrating his chest (not his lung) and needed surgery. He has had knee surgery, and has a thyroid condition, diabetes incipidus, and lupus. Even with all his problems he is still playful and active. All our insurance claims were processed directly and quickly through our vet without problems or any fuss. Any questions were dealt with professionally. Without the support of Trupanion we would have been hard pressed to care for him. We definitely recommend insuring your pet with Trupanion. It was the best decison we could have made. Five stars!!

Too many unclear details of this pet insurance!
I did a lot of research on pet insurance for my new puppy and thought Spot looked the best. After I had several invoices for various services, I felt it was very deceiving on how much is actually covered by insurance. Out of all shots, exams, sickness, I paid a little over 650.00 and my reimbursement was 110.00 and it took months to get it. Also, I know this piece is not as important as the insurance but if you pay for the entire year which we did in October, you were supposed to get a 25.00 Amazon gift card which I never did.I called to find out who I would contact about this and was given an email which took me right back to signing up for insurance. We will not be renewing for the next year. Very disappointing.

Be careful with this insurance company
Be careful with this insurance company. I got puppy insurance and while many insurance companies will pay for a neuter as I believed this company would and I believe that when I signed up they did, now they are telling me that they will not pay for it. Also doesn't allow you to cancel only wellness if your policy renews, you must cancel the entire policy. Essentially I lost 700 and totally not worth it.

I ALWAYS takes at least a month to get an explanation. I ALWAYS get an email stating you need more info when it’s definitely not needed and almost always you find a reason not to pay. Completely feel as though I made the incorrect decision in choosing this company
