I switched to Lemonade
I switched to Lemonade. The reason why - Without any claims filed for 3 years, my premium went up by 70%. Most of all, I experienced difficulties canceling the policy. As instructed, a written cancellation request was submitted but then it wasn't canceled. Instead, i received an email saying that I need to log into my online account to complete the cancel process. I logged in but then it says to submit a written request by email. God..I had to call the customer service and finally connected with them after a 10 minutes wait.

My dog was recently neutered and he had…
My dog was recently neutered and he had a non-descended testicle. As such the surgery was more expensive than a straight forward neuter. It included abdominal surgery as well as a routine neuter procedure to remove the descended testicle. The surgery costs appear to be restricted to a typical neuter cost. I have been on hold 25 minutes to attempt to discuss this with customer service, and I still have no response.
