I am so glad I chose Healthy Paws pet insurance for my dog. It is simple to file claims and they have been very responsive. Fast reimbursement as well. Wish I had purchased Healthy Paws insurance for my last pup.

We may have lost our girl without Trupanion
Somehow our one year old puppy got ahold of a rib bone. We do not feed them any human food or give them bones as treats so she must have gotten it out of the trash or off the counter without us knowing. She needed an exploratory laparotomy procedure done and the hospital gave us a $5-6,000 estimate. Without Trupanion insurance I wouldn’t have felt comfortable or really been able to approve that and move forward. We wouldn’t have been able to afford that treatment for our baby without knowing it was coming back. So now we are home with our baby girl and she is healing well and our claim has already been approved and going to be direct deposited to our bank account!!

I have been with sonnet since they launched I believe around seven years , two years ago my rates went up 30% with no claims and both my home and auto policies with them I am activly seeking out new policies. No review of my policies were made during the pandemic even though my mileage has reduced by 50% there has been no reductions. I am a little disappointed.

There is a Chinese saying
There is a Chinese saying: Know the person's name, Know the person's way of talking, but don't know the person's heart. The prudent representatives can be trained to be very nice, knowledgeable. However, when comes the time you file a claim, they will reject you slowly. I signed up just yesterday, they already want me to review the prudent. I smelled foulplay.
