Highly Recommend!!!!
It can be a daunting task selecting health insurance for your new fur baby but I can honestly say that from purchasing the policy, to submitting a claim and receiving the reimbursement; Healthy Paws has made the process seamless and so easy! Our Charlie has been pretty sick over the past few months and the bills were adding up and we are so grateful we had pet health insurance to ease our minds financially so we could be emotionally available to take care of him. Their customer service is not only helpful but they actually care! They even wrote us a personal email asking how he was feeling after noticing more frequent claims being submitted! I highly recommend this insurance company if you are still trying to decide! We wouldn’t choose any other company. They are simply the best!

Best Pet Insurance!
I love Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! We have 2 dogs and we got pet insurance right after we got them. We have needed to use the insurance for each pup and the process for filing a claim is seamless and quick! The reimbursement comes super fast too! And best of all, I received an email after Ralphie’s surgery asking how he was doing. It was so personal and heartfelt! It was a really wonderful sentiment.

I had a question about my recent claims…
I had a question about my recent claims in comparing them to past claims. I contacted Pets Best and they responded within a couple of weeks stating they would check into my concerns and would make any payment adjustment without me having to do anything further. About a month later I received payments on my claims as direct deposits.

The claim process is too slow. One month? It’s ridiculous. I had Trupanion and the process usually takes one week.

Great experience discussing the policy and getting signed up. I have not dealt with Claims Dept yet though.
The rep/salesperson on the phone was excellent. She presented herself in a friendly, caring and professional way. Very helpful. Good experience signing up. I sincerely hope the claims call centre people answer as quickly and are as caring and helpful. This will tell me more about Trupanion and how i view the brand.
