GREAT FIRST CLAIM EXPERIENCE
Both claims we made the vet had the software which took only about 5 minutes total for them to submit and for the payment to go through. This was our first ever claim for our Max so I called the help line and the person was very helpful both times! I highly recommend anyone who has a pet to invest in insurance through Trupanion!

Disappointed that an evaluation for a TPLO surgery was not eligible for coverage.
Disappointed that an evaluation for a TPLO surgery was not eligible for coverage. This is not a "routine exam". The dog is going in for surgery and could not have the surgery without an evaluation. Also, disappointed that bodywork by a licensed massage therapist is not covered unless working with a vet.
