Nobody got back to me abut what is covered for my puppy in the recent invoice. She got a severe ear infection and that should be covered. Cassandra has nothing to do with this. I am disappointed in why nobody from Trumpanion has contacted me regaridng this. I am ready to drop the insurance and go with another insurance company. Cassandra was very polite and I like her a lot.
