Because you guys are always helpful. You’ve covered everything I’ve submitted with no issue and usually it’s processed within 48 hours. A person answers the phone right away every time I call. My only wish is that more vets knew how great you are in my area and would take vet direct pay.

Wilma has had a rough couple years of on and off illnesses.
Wilma has had a rough couple years of on and off illnesses. Most recently the most serious of all - an ulcer. She needed abnormal exploratory surgery to have it removed. It saved her life, and she is doing wonderful. As always, Trupanion came through with 90% coverage, which was a financial lifesaver for us. We were able to focus on her care, rather than stress about how we were going to pay for it. Trupanion has been an all-around pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service, the entire claim process is so easy to navigate, and payment turn around is quick.
