Mary was fantastic! Very thorough. She made what could be a complex subject very easy to understand. I also liked that there was no pressure to purchase the insurance. She explained the coverage. The deductible. And cost. All in all a great experience. I will definitely recommend trupanions.

On the most part great coverage and c/s. I don't understand why a recheck on a chronic issue isn't covered. We all need a follow up, make sure meds are correct, dog healthy, etc.
