Every contact I’ve had with Trupanion Reps has been wonderful!! Everyone is very helpful and polite, which I really appreciate when contacting customer services for any company!! In addition, we think Trupanion offers the most comprehensive coverage around and monthly premiums are reasonable considering the coverage! Thank you so much!??

Fast claim turn around Time.
I am very glad you claim turn around Is fast. Although the premiums have gone up a lot each year, I am grateful claims are fast. I am stressing by the time we have to put a claim in.

I was very happy with Trupanion when I first took it out in 2013.
I was very happy with Trupanion when I first took it out in 2013. However, the monthly premium charge keeps going up every month so I end up increasing my deductible. However, It makes my reimbursement very low.
