Easy to sign up but a bit ambiguous.
Signing up was fairly easy. Many of the explanations regarding coverage was ambiguous, even when speaking with your staff. I do find the premium high to relieve to other companies but I have heard excellent reviews about coverage in times of need.

The customer service is great! You pay for what you say you are going to pay. And it sure is a great help in expenses for Illness and diseases,possibly the difference in life and death of a beloved pet. Thank you so much! In fact I have added all my pets to Trupanion!

we never thought we would need pet insurance but we did it anyway and boy are we happy we did our greyhound was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and we would never been able to afford the costs involved in the treatment and ongoing care.
