SO Happy with Trupanion
I tell everyone I know about Trupanion. Our puppy has environmental allergies and it would have cost a fortune without Trupanion. We met our lifetime deductible within 8 months for his allergies and Trupanion has allowed us to give Winston the best care possible.

My kitten unexpectedly got a uri.. Iâm very happy I choose trupanion because I have lost a cat before after spending thousands for surgery..I have refereed others And will continue to do so.. the cost of the exam fees 10% and taxes was still costly but nothing compared to what I would of had to spend.. thank you Elisieâs mommy

Processing response time is speedy, but not covering an emergency call charge is not O.K. when that is a fact of life when you have an injued animal bleeding all over and no time to wait around. If your Vet Clinic is worth their salt they get you in immediately, but you get charged for it. So, I am money ahead by saving my Trupanion payment every month month and paying the bills myself. I canceled.

Pleasantly Surprised with Awesome Customer Service
I signed up and had a few claims for gastro and then eyelid issues/surgery for my puppy. Claims were easy to submit and processed quickly. I had some issues with getting a reimbursement to process, but no fault of Furkin's. My bank's transit number issue, but I hadn't noticed the money hadn't been deposited. So Furkin had reached out to me to follow up and make sure I was getting my money back. I love that an insurance company is actually calling to make sure they pay me! The staff have always been helpful and friendly. The price for the coverage is fantastic, but I will see what the rates look like as my pup ages.
