Im new to insurance on animals so i was skeptical at first. After purchasing two very expensive miniature dachshunds, i knew i had to get them covered right away. After searching and searching, multiple different recommendations and videos explaining others experiences with different pet insurances, i went online to Pets Best and gave them a call for a run down of all coverage i could have to fit my budget. Within the time frame of holding 2 policies, ive already submitted 2 seperate claims. Choosing a insurance company that could help me with wellness visits and check ups was a huge must! Overall im very pleased and rest better knowing my two boys are covered and in great hands! Pets Best holds a great reputation and has the friendliest customer service team. Thanks Pets Best! Pets Best is the best pet insurance. Affordable and quick turn arounds on reimbursements. I can rest easy knowing my dogs are covered in case of illness or accidents. Allows you to focus on your pet and get them the best care. Easy to summit claims and great customer service.

This compant won’t pay claims
This company won’t pay claims. I submitted four claims for one of my dogs. Embrace denied three of them, claiming that they were pre-existing conditions. Review the negative reviews of this company. This is a typical pattern. To add insult to injury the company raised my premiums 38% after the first year of coverage. They wanted $1500 for no coverage. I cancelled and looking for a company that will sell me actual insurance.

Not worth it, hidden escalation, less coverage, poor response to policy holders
Have been a customer for 10 years with our dog. While the claims process has been fine over the years, slowly but surely they’ve raised premiums and reduced coverage. Now, they announced changes that more than double the monthly premium. So at 110+/month and minimum deductible of $750, I need to pay more than $2000 in a year before I am able to only be reimbursed 50%. Not sure how that is worth it for most people with relatively healthy dogs like ours. I won’t be returning as a customer in the future given their poor response to these changes when I called and messaged for an explanation, won’t recommend them.

Vet Bills are Expensive
I had to take my dog to the vet & I spent over $900 dollars, but it was a great relief to submit the claims & receive the majority of that money back! And the speed at which the claims were processed was fantastic too!

The prices were much better than my previous coverage. Their reimbursement stunk. One of my claims were $1306 and they only reimbursed me $192. Yours has more coverage as well
