Used first day I picked up my dog
Picked up my puppy and on my way home he had a coughing spell so we stopped at the hospital. I had activated my coverage the day before we got him and couldn't believe it was able to help us. The representatives were very kind and supportive and walked me through the process. All is fine now and it is such a relief to know that there is so many caring and kind people in this organization who helped me through the paperwork. Great service and I plan on keeping this policy. Never had insurance on my dogs before. I will now.

Pets Plus Us is an amazing insurance company. I love that the premium will remain the same for the length of my pet's life. Every interaction with staff has been great, they are knowledgeable and friendly. No issue getting claims covered, and no breed or condition discrimination. I recommend them to everyone!

what is going on!
received our renewal today, 40% increase in premium, and this is not a year where prices go up. This is unfathomable for a retired couple! $100 per month is now $140.00. How do you justify this shaft you are handing the consumer.. 11 year customer, thanks a lot!!

I have 2 pets insured through MetLife for @ 2 years now and I have never regretted it. Reasonable prices, fast claim processing, and quick repayment to my bank account. So glad my daughter told me about MetLife.

Excellent Pet Insurance
I've been with this company for 7 years now. I now have two pets covered {mother & daughter.) When I took out this insurance upon getting my pet, I had no idea of pet insurance. This is the first pet I've owned in years. They have a variety of coverages to choose from. I of course, unlike some took out the coverage that is called unlimited. It covers pretty much everything you can think of. They will reimburse you I do believe is 90% of what you paid. Once you send in your proof of payment to the vet, upon review you receive your 90% back usually within 15 to 30 days max. I've never known an insurance company to do such. In the past I probably would've taken the least expensive policy, thinking I'd never use. You can't go wrong with this company for whatever you pay, most is actually reimbursed. I've never considered any other pet insurance, I highly recommend or looking into if in search of pet insurance,

Exceptional Support and Care for My Cane Corso, Luca
I am extremely grateful for the support provided by ASPCA insurance for my 4-year-old male Cane Corso, Luca. Recently, Luca experienced bloody urine, which was a worrying and stressful situation for me. After consulting with Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital, I was able to focus on making the right decisions for Luca's care without the added burden of financial concerns. The worst feeling in the world is knowing your dog is suffering and feeling helpless because of financial constraints. Thanks to ASPCA, I didn't have to choose alternative care plans due to cost. Instead, I was able to provide Luca with the best possible care he needed. The customer service was outstanding, and the claims process was smooth and hassle-free. With the direct deposit reimbursements, the claim process has much improved, with payments being received in just a few days. Pet insurance is worth it!
Very quick, easy, very user friendly, available 24/7. Deductible might be a little high but this is my first insurance so I’m not too sure. I have two pets added to my insurance and I never have to worry too much about them needing a check up or getting hurt.

Easy Claims, Excellent Coverage
Lemonade offered competitive rates for our 5 yr old Golden, so I figured it was worth switching from a previous provider and giving them a try. So far, coverage has been great, claims are very easy via the app, and service is excellent overall.
