Great don’t believe all these others
I switched from a very popular plan when I found out it didn’t pay the vet?! Huh?? I had already had him in for an ear infection so we got a pre-existing condition. But they said they would review at 6 months. I called at 6 months to the day and they reviewed and within a week to maybe 10 days I can’t recall it was removed!! True to the word. I have been happy! We have visited vets in other states for dehydration from throwing up and not had any issues with coverage as expected.

Having Pet Insurance is a must for those who truly care about their pets.

Completely worth it!
I went back and forth about getting pet insurance. However what won me over was the convenience of having it payroll deducted. Then I learned about the benefits of coverage. Like 90% of a vet bill is refunded after you pay you deductible. I treat my dog as my fur child. She gets regular check ups, vaccinations and had to have surgery. I'm so glad I made the choice.

I am a little disappointed that the rate go up every year but I am sure costs go up too.
I am a little disappointed that the rate go up every year but I am sure costs go up too. Maybe consider a rebate if claims are less than X % of annual insurance costs, etc? Kind of like USAA? I think your service is easy and I am happy to have insurance on my kiddos. Just gets expensive when you have 4 dogs.

I have been with Nationwide before it was Nationwide. Don't think twice about insuring your pet because they are extremely proficient and fair. My dog is now 13 and is getting the quality care he deserves because he's insured...!!!

CLAIMS PAID FAIR AND FAST ~ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST!!
Our Weimaraner Tess has been insured with EMBRACE since we rescued her at a year old. She is now 10 1/2. Overall she has been healthy with the exception of weak hind legs/spine, from being tied up most of her first year of life. She's had a knee rebuilt and gets regular spine adjustments (VOM) now. Embrace has ALWAYS been so attentive to questions and FAST at processing claims. If only human health insurance processed claims as efficiently!! We LOVE Embrace! We have accident/illness coverage and the only reason I gave them "9 paws" out of 10 is that our premiums are pretty hefty now that Tess is a senior dog. BUT I understand claims are inevitable the older a dog gets. Thank you Embrace ~ we are thankful we found you in 2008!
