Fortunately, our dog, Kody, has been in good health and only have had to submit less than a half a dozen claims in the last 2 1/2 years since we brought him home. We have found Nationwide extremely efficient in processing our claims and have been reimbursed in a timely manner. Their wellness and accident/illness coverage is reasonable and fair considering there is only a 10% co-pay for the pet parents. Kody loves his insurance!!

Excellent and Quick Service
Without Nationwide Pet Insurance, we would not have been able to afford the operation that saved the life of our cat, Patty. She is a much beloved kitty and we are thankful we were able to have the surgery. The online application provided Nationwide is an excellent tool for submitting claims. Our Dalmation has had insurance for a number of years with your company. We are grateful that she continues to have coverage as she is getting older than Most companies would take her. If I could say anything it would be for people to stick with the policy so that when the dog gets into their senior years they will be able to have coverage for the pet. When we first got the insurance we had Aura spayed and got the premium service, so she had the maximum amount of coverage. I believe it has been about eight years now on this plan. It has worked out for us putting the charges on our credit card and paying it back the covered amount when we get a check. This most recent visit was for an injury, and most all of it was covered. Thanks a bunch!

the best ever!!!!
i've had labrador retrievers for over 30 years but saw a well bred french bulldog pup, from kentucky, and without researching the breed, fell in love. done deal. then i did my research and got HEALTHY PAWS pet insurance. good thing too, because well bred and all, allergies galore. never had any experience with pet insurance, was advised by another frenchie owner and i have to say I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER or more satisfied with HEALTHY PAWS. eli, is getting weekly medicated baths, is wiped down with medicated wipes, whenever he goes out and comes back in. needless to say, he is one expensive dog!!!! HEALTHY PAWS has made it so i am able to take care of eli, the way he should be cared for, and that is a very expensive, (to say the least) project (besides all the work as each medicated bath is 30 minutes, 20 minutes for the shampoo to stay on (a different one for his face as well) and 10 minutes for a medicated rinse. every wednesday my husband and eli are in the shower and needless to say, frenchies are not water dogs like my lab. i must continue to praise HEALTHY PAWS-Every person i deal with, each and every time, are competent, pleasant, helpful and generally delightful. for anyone needing pet insurance please get HEALTHY PAWS-they are the best thing that ever happened to me, and eli!!!!!!

Feel confident in coverage and grateful for the policy in case of emergency.
I have yet to need to redeem my insurance, but I am confident in my insurance coverage and grateful for the policy in case of emergency. All interactions with customer service have been great, but the increasing cost is the only reason I would be hesitant to recommend, especially if it continues to increase in price.
