I came to Embrace after a couple of years with another company. I love their wellness program. After several years it still seems too good to be true. Their claim handling process is flawless, and very fast. Will be a customer for years to come.

Pleased with the help and service
Jango, our 8-yr old Labradoodle required eye cataract surgery in one eye. The fee was about $2400 all of which was covered by Nationwide Pet Insurance (minus a small deductible) with absolutely no hassle and exactly as promised. They also covered the cost of expensive medications. We are very pleased that Nationwide came through just as they said they would, make the financial part of the experience a great relief. Jango is doing extremely well--handled the whole thig like a pro! Thanks, Nationwided.

Trupanion is the best pet insurance out there. I spent days researching all the options and we are very happy we chose Trupanion
Trupanion pet insurance is honestly the best out there. We have been pleased every time we need to use it. The trupanion express is fast and convenient and we pay our 10% at checkout without having the hassle of paying the entire bill then sending it in and waiting to be reimbursed. I only have positive things to say about Trupanion as they have never let us down. The relief just knowing our dog will never be denied a vet visit due to not being able to afford the vet visit or treatment is such a relief. After all our fur babies are family and they deserve the best.

Trupanion is the best investment I have ever made. They cover what they say they will, and they review and complete claims quickly. I have two dogs, both with their share of health issues over the years. I had a problem w 2 representives back in feb when i was trying to change my payment method n save my insurance.

I was really pissed off at their in competance. If my cats were injured under this in competance--trupanion wouldnt do nothing in an emergency. I pay alot of money for competence from u n i expect it. U had better retrain some of ur employess cause id better never have this problem w not just one but two of ur representives. This happened in feb.

I have had all of my dogs covered with Trupanion for the past 7 years. I currently have 6 dogs and 3 of them are always healthy but the other 3 have had health issues that I could have never afforded to treat without having insurance. Trupanion pays quickly so no waiting forever to get your money. Filing the claim is simple. Every time that I am in a waiting room at the veterinarian I am telling people about this company. You really can't afford not to have it!

Can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws
I speak both as a long-time Healthy Paws customer (dog and cat owner) and someone closely involved in one of the national animal welfare organizations. Healthy Paws understands that about the last thing anyone wants is a hassle with their insurance company over treatment of an injured or sick animal. So they've streamlined the claims process: easy claims submittal online and fast reimbursement either by check or direct deposit. Their basic business model seems to be a reasonable monthly premium charged to a credit card, a modest annual deductible when your pet needs vet services, and then no-questions-asked reimbursement (in my case 80%) of the amount you've paid to the vet. Most recently my 9-year-old dog needed her knee repaired for a torn ligament. The vet provided a treatment plan/surgery estimate of about $4,000. I called Healthy Paws just to check if some kind of pre-authorization was needed. Their reply: "Just take care of your dog and send us the bill." So we did and, as promised, they paid 80%. Elapsed time = 1 week. If you are considering different pet insurance options, Healthy Paws should be at the very top of your list.

Trupanion is awesome!
I have had Trupanion for my pet insurance for over 2 yrs now. I have 2 Golden Retrievers ages 4 & 6. I have never had any issues with submitting claims and every one has been handled quickly. My premium has increased a little in the last year but with the cost of Veterinarian costs increasing, it's understandable. They have friendly and compassionate customer service reps. I highly recommend them if you want pet insurance.

Best Pet Insurance in the market!
When our dog got sick it was nice to know we had something to save our back and our wallet. Taking your dog to the vet can be an expensive endeavor.... Nationwide was literally “on our side”. The vet bill amount was deposited in about 20 days into our account. Don’t look elsewhere for pet insurance, this is the best.
